It is with great sadness that the family of the late Millie Davis announce her passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Friday July 17, 2015 at the age of 53. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her siblings: Clarence (Patsy), St. Alban's, NL, Mary Agnes (Leonard Abbott), Hermitage, NL, Catherine (Roy Abbott), St. Alban's, NL, Joan Davis, St. Alban's, NL, with whom she resided, Elizabeth (Mike Mckenzie), Edmonton, AB, Bill (Audrey), St. Joseph's Cove, NL & Max (Doris), Swanger Cove, NL; sister in law: Gertie Davis (Dan Willcott), St. Alban's, NL; Aunts: Mary Bridget Davis, St. Alban's, NL & Mary Collier, Dundas, ON, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Samuel & Mary Jane Davis; brother: Allan Davis. The funeral service was held on Tuesday July 21, 2015 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, NL, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's, NL.
