It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marie Haggerty announce her passing at the Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Saturday June 1, 2024 at the age of 81. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband: Samuel; children: Colleen (Eddy Collier), St. Alban’s, NL, Annette (Ken Barnes), St. Alban’s, NL, Brian (Sue), Ottawa, ON & Stephen (Christy), Paradise, NL; grandchildren: Tyler (Kelly), Christopher (Casey), Jessica (Owen), Pamela (Josh), Reegan, Alyssa, William & Benjamin; great-grandchildren: Tanner, Sommer, Emma, Sawyer & Bria; brother: Oswald Snook (Theresa), St. Alban’s, NL as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her sister: Angela Organ; brothers: Eli Cox, Leonard Cox, Jack Cox & Bill Cox Funeral service on Wednesday June 5, 2024 at 10:30am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church St. Alban’s, with Father Tom Duffenais officiating. Interment at the R. C. Cemetery, St. Alban’s. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
