It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Engram announce his passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Friday, April 25, 2025 at the age of 82. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Sophie; children: James (Carrie), Batchawana Bay, ON, Vera (Randy Kearley), Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL, Amy Engram, St. John’s, NL & Marsha Engram, Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL; grandchildren: Kayla, Mandy, Dylan, Deanna, Erica & Scott; great-grandchildren: Everett, Harrison, Jadyn, Avery & Ivy; brothers: Arch, Fortune, NL, Jerry (Mabel), Fortune, NL, Larry (Elizabeth), Halifax, NS; sisters: Ellen (Alfred Parsons), Labrador City, NL, Ruby (John Mullins), Hermitage, NL Cathy (Charles Wells), Whitby, ON, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sister: Mary Framp; parents: Robert & Annie Engram. Private family funeral service on Thursday May 1, 2025 at 2 pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown, with Rev.Don Brett officiating. Interment at Christ Anglican Cemetery, Milltown. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
