It is with great sadness that the family of the late William “Bill” Snook announce his passing at his residence, St. Alban’s, NL on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at the age of 92. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Christine (Rick Saunders), St. Alban’s, NL, Kevin Snook, Badger, NL & David Snook (Cindy), Grand Falls Windsor, NL; grandchildren: Tyler Saunders, Brady Saunders, Matthew Caines, Quinn Snook, Morgan Snook & Ethan Snook; great-grandchildren: Nathan & Natalie; brothers: Michael Snook (Grace), St. Alban’s, NL & Joe Snook (Margaret), Guelph, ON; sister: Sr. Kevina Snook, St. John’s, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by wife: Ethel; brothers:Kevin Snook, Lloyd Snook & Edward Snook; sisters: Frances Kelly, Adelia Morris, Margaret Willcott, Ann Bueble, Agatha Barnes & Mary Walsh. Funeral service on Monday December 29, 2025 at 2pm at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, St. Alban’s, NL with Father Tom Duffenais officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’S.
