It is with great sadness that the family of the late Magdalene Collier announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at the age of 87. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Levi (Bernie), St. Alban's, NL & Janice Michaud-Collier, St. Alban's, NL; grandchildren: Shane, Savana (Craig) & Mickaela; sisters: Susanna Kearley, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Pauline Mayo, Grand Falls-Windsor & Marcella MacDonald, Calgary, AB; brother: Leo Organ, Barre, ON as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Willard; sisters: Florilda Collier, Theresa Organ, Agnes Dinah Williams, Veronica Collier & Laura Willcott; brother: Albert Organ. The funeral service was held on Saturday May 21, 2016 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
