It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Collier announce his passing at the Carmelite House, Grand Falls Windsor, NL on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the age of 69. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sisters: Theresa Collier, St. Alban's, NL & Lila Cox, Buchans, NL; sisters in law: Mary (hull) Collier, Mary (Blake) Collier & Jenny Collier, all of St. Alban's, NL; brother in law: Thomas Collier, St. John's, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers: Anthony, Kenneth, Lloyd, Eric & Johnny; sister: Regina Collier. The funeral service was held on Saturday August 6, 2016 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
