It is with great sadness that the family of the late Daniel MacDonald announce his passing at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL on Tuesday February 3, 2015 at the age of 65. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife: Sarah;children: Penny (Dale Willcott) & Chad MacDonald, all of St. Alban's, NL; grandchildren: Michael (Samira), Patrick, Justin, Michaela, Brady; great-grandchildren: Jazlynn & Ava; brothers: Chris (Marie), St. Alban's, NL, Jerry, St. Alban's, NL, Albert (Doreen), Labrador City, NL, Kevin (Cynthia), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL & Ivan (Theresa), Stephenville, NL; sisters: Linda (Julo Young), St. Alban's, NL, Irene (Dale Woodworth), Labrador City, NL, Marlene (Dennis Drew), Edmonton, AB, Phyllis (Clyde Drew), St. Alban's, NL & Cindy (Junior Kendell), St. Alban's, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Augustine & Theresa MacDonald; brother: Richard MacDonald. The funeral service was held on Friday February 6, 2015 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Patrick Ousji officiating. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
