It is with great sadness that the family of the late Brendan Stride announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Wednesday February 28, 2018 at the age of 76. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Levi (Trina), Joseph (Rosanne), John (Vicki), Jason (Yvonne), Serena (Stuart Brushett) & Jean, all of Conne River, NL; 11 grandchildren: Caitlin, Kristen, Suzanne, Chelsea, Emily, Crystal, Jonathan, Christopher, Tyler, Richard & Michael; 5 great-grandchildren: Esmee-Jean, Connor, James, Myron & Garcia as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife: Margaret; brothers: Levi, Paul, Peter & John; sisters: Aggie, Rita & Rose, great grandson: John Roy; parents: Abraham & Rita. Funeral service on Monday March 5, 2018 at 11 am at St. Anne's R. C. Church Conne River, with Father Edward Patrick Osuji officiating.
