It is with great sadness that the family of the late Brendan Stride announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Wednesday February 28, 2018 at the age of 76. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Levi (Trina), Joseph (Rosanne), John (Vicki), Jason (Yvonne), Serena (Stuart Brushett) & Jean, all of Conne River, NL; 11 grandchildren: Caitlin, Kristen, Suzanne, Chelsea, Emily, Crystal, Jonathan, Christopher, Tyler, Richard & Michael; 5 great-grandchildren: Esmee-Jean, Connor, James, Myron & Garcia as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife: Margaret; brothers: Levi, Paul, Peter & John; sisters: Aggie, Rita & Rose, great grandson: John Roy; parents: Abraham & Rita. Funeral service on Monday March 5, 2018 at 11 am at St. Anne's R. C. Church Conne River, with Father Edward Patrick Osuji officiating. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
