It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ada Collier announce her passing at the A. M. Guy Memorial Health Centre, Buchans, NL on Monday, May 7, 2018 at the age of 90. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Germaine (Aden McDonald), Conne River, NL, Louis (Bernadette), Fort Francis, ON, Roberta (Peter Ferguson), Pointe à Bouleau, NB, Loyola (Madonna), St. Alban’s, NL, Lucy, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Justin (Micheline), Ottawa, ON, Virginia (Michael Alwyn), Oakville, ON & Carol Ann (Darren Lane), Georgetown, ON; 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of other nieces, Nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: John A. Collier; parents: Thomas & Susan Collier; brothers: Fred & Martin; sisters: Betty, Madeline, Olive, Lucy, Vera & Chloe. Funeral service on Friday May 11, 2018 at 3:00 pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s, with Father David Joy officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s.
