It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marie Hinks announce her passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the age of 68. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Andrea (Craig Kendell), Fort McMurray, AB, Brian (Sherree), Kelligrews, NL, April (Jonathan Greenwood), Fort McMurray, AB & Ashley (Logan Slaney), Conne River, NL; grandchildren: Tyrone Kendell, Tyler Davis, Jhessi Davis, Ashton Slaney & Jahsha Slaney; great-grandchildren: Anton Davis & Caden Davis; sisters: Christine (Junior Drew), Conne River, NL, Gertie (Marshall Keeping, Conne River, NL, Joan (Maxwell Skinner), Fort McMurray, AB, Betty (Don Pink), Ramea, NL & Laverna (Paul Stanley), New Zealand; brothers: Arthur Hinks (Jackie), Conne River, NL, Johnny Hinks, Toronto, ON, Damien Hinks, Fort McMurray, AB, Everest Hinks (Joan), Conne River, NL & Russell Hinks (Tina), Conne River, NL as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Joseph & Catherine Hinks; brother: Douglas Hinks; grandson: Paqtismjij Hinks; granddaughter: Alyssa Davis. Funeral service on Saturday May 26, 2018 at 11am at St. Anne’s R. C. Church, Conne River with Father David Joy officiating.
