It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eileen Burke announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the age of 82. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Janet Vickery, Vancouver, BC, Douglas, Ottawa, ON, Colin (Carherine), St. Alban’s, NL, Gerard (Jane), Whitby, ON, Michael (Frances), St. Alban’s, NL, Stella (Roger Fudge), St. Alban’s, NL, Marina (Ivan Kearley), Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL, Randell (Andrea), Gatineau, QC & Leventus, St. Alban's, NL; grandchildren: Wendy, Joshua, Jennifer, Terry, Shawn, Jessica, Travis, Nikita, Guy, Cassandra, Lauren, Stacey & Keith; great-grandchildren: Danika, Noah, Alyssa, Jackson, Cassie, Ana Mae, Emily, Quinn, Eberly, Jennifer & Oakley; sister: Stella Barnes, St. Alban’s, NL; brother: George Organ Milltown, NL; sister in law: Ann Organ, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Michael; grandson: Justin; son in law: Rick Vickery; brothers: Michael Organ, Austin Organ & Gerald Organ; sister in law: Elizabeth Organ. Funeral service on Thursday September 20, 2018 at 10:30am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s, with Father Patrick Osuji officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s.
