Obituary of Chesley Joe

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Chesley Joe announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the age of 69. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Mardina; daughters: Darlene (Billy Joe), Peggy (Cass Benoit) & Melissa Joe, all of Conne River, NL; grandchildren: Allison, Sylvester, Cass, William, Matthew & Glenn; great-grandchildren: Elliott, Elijah, Elias & Nevaeh; brothers: Chief Mi’sel (Colletta), Eric (Madelene), Billy (Darlene) & Andrew (Daisy), all of Conne River, NL; Loretta (Louis John), Eileen (Jerry Evans) & Pauline (Cecil Benoit), all of Conne River, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sons: Glenn John |& Billy John; sister: Regina Joe; parents: Noel & Katherine Joe. Funeral service on Monday Serptember 30, 2019 at 11am at St. Anne’s R. C. Church, Conne River, with Father Patrick Osuji officiating. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
