Obituary of Cora Kendell

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Cora Kendell announce her passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Wednesday October 2, 2019 at the age of 84. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter: Kay (Ken Baker), Milltown, NL; son: John (Joan), St Phillip’s, NL; grandchildren: Thomas & Joey; sister: Marjorie King, Milltown, NL; sister in law: Bertha Strickland, Clarenville, NL; as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Thomas; son in law: Aiden Sutton; sister: Myrtle Coombs; brothers: Bert Strickland, Chesley Strickland, Hubert Strickland & Gerald Strickland. Funeral service on Saturday October 5, 2019 at 2pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown, NL with Rev. Hubert Vallis officiating. Interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Milltown. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
