


Obituary of Aloysius McDonald
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Aloysius McDonald announce his passing at the Bay d’Espoir Community Health Centre, St. Alban’s, NL on Friday March 6, 2020 at the age of 66. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Cindy Fry, Ottawa, ON & April (James Johnstone), Ottawa, ON; grandchildren: Spencer, Taylor, Lily & Carson; brother: Martin (Dana), Bishop’s Falls, NL; sisters: Phyllis (Cecil Skinner), St. Alban’s, NL, Philomena (Gordon Sutton, St. Alban’s, NL, Rose (John Mullins), St. Alban’s, NL & Audrey (Dwayne Crant), Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL; sister in law: Jean Pike, Pasadena, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Raymond & Mary Jane; brother: Donald; sister: Ann Steele. Funeral service on Wednesday March 11, 2020 at 3pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s, with Father Patrick Osuji officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
