It is with great sadness that the family of the late Anslem Benoit announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Sunday April 24, 2022 at the age of 62. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Sherry; children: Shakira Benoit, Conne River, NL, Danielle (Ryan Jeddore), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL & Sabrina Willmott, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; grandchildren; brothers: Paul (Beatrice), St. Alban’s, NL, Edward (Sharon), St. Alban’s, NL, Jerome (Pauline), St. Albans, NL & Gordon (Betty), St. Alban’s, NL; sisters: Mary Ellen Blanchard (Pat), Halifax, NS, Virginia Dakins, Mississauga, ON & Christina Lambert (Claude), St. Alban’s, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers: Aloysius Benoit & Garrett Benoit; sisters: Corsina Howse, Florence Cutler, Joan Rowe, Edna Jeddore & Gladys Benoit; parents: John & Sarah. There will not be a funeral service at this time. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
