It is with great sadness that the family of the late James Davis announce his passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Tuesday April 26, 2022 at the age of 85. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Alice; children: Edwina (Terry Snook), St. Alban’s, NL, Jamie Davis, Thunder Bay, ON &Trina (Robert Gifford), St. John’s, NL; grandchildren: Christian, Scott, Carter, Chloe & Lily; brother: Conrad (Ella), St. Alban’s, NL; sisters: Elizabeth Murphy, St. Alban’s, NL, Jean Jeddore (Leo Hillier), Conne River, NL, Matilda Hayward, St. Vincent’s, NL & Ann (Ashwell Greening), Lethbridge, NL; sister in law: Margaret Davis, Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Robert & Julia; stepfather: Bert Hoskins; brothers: Albert & Joseph; sister: Frances Collier. Funeral service on Saturday April 29, 2022 at 2 pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown, NL with Rev. Roy Simms & Rev. Sandra Roberts officiating. Interment at Christ Anglican Cemetery, Milltown, NL.
