It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leo Hillier announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at the age of 89. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Regina Jeddore, Conne River, NL; children: Gordon Hillier (Wavey), Wesleyville, NL, Jeffery Hillier(Wendy), Templeman, NL, Janave (Edward Stockley), Wesleyville, NL & Amanda (Preston Neil Norman), Wesleyville, NL; step children: Gwen (Darren), Neil (April), Naomi, Nena (Fabian) & Rene (Siobhan), all of Conne river, NL; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; special nephew Roger Perry, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his infant daughter: Susan Rosanna Hillier; mother of his children: Daisy Hillier; brothers: Carl Hillier, Abel Hillier & William Hillier; sisters: Martha Humphries & Daisy Perry; parents: Jesse & Susan Hillier. Funeral Mass on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 11am at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Conne River, NL with Father Patrick Osuji officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
