It is with great sadness that the family of the late Cecilia Benoit announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls Windsor, NL on Sunday June 9, 2024 at the age of 63. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her loving husband of 46 years: Gerard; siblings: Melita Bazinet, Abbottsford, BC, Mary (Calvin Sutton), St. Alban’s, NL, Marjorie Hoskins, St. Alban’s, NL, Pius (Cindy), Fredericton, NB, Don (Debbie), Ajax, ON, Gerard (Mary), Benoit’s Cove, NL, Christine (Ronald Hayman), Ramea, NL, Lucy Organ, St. Alban's, NL, Sam, Stephenville, NL, Eli Jr. (Loretta), Ramea, NL, Glen, St. Alban’s, NL & Calvin (Tammy), St. John’s, NL; special nieces: Victoria & Kerri-Ann; “her boys”: Carter, Chase & Kolton, who she adored, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Eli & Veronica Organ; Infant sister; brothers: John & Gord. There will not be any formal visitation or wake but friends are welcome to drop by the family to offer condolences. There will be a funeral mass at a date and time to be announced. Funeral Arrangements are entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
