It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rodney McDonald announce his passing on Friday November 1, 2024 as a result of a motor vehicle accident, at the age of 53. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his son: Cole McDonald (Kayley), Paradise, NL; his furry friend: Cheeko; long time partner and mother of Cole: Tonya Organ, Conne River, NL; siblings: Mary (Roland Farrell), St. Alban’s, NL, Lorraine (Garfield Simms), St.Alban’s, NL, Brian (Rhoda), Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL & Ethel McDonald, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: John & Bertha McDonald; brother Earl; Niece: Heather McDonald. Funeral service on Monday November 11, 2024 at 2pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown with Rev. Gloria Wendover officiating. Funeral Arrangements are entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
