It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Organ announce his passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at the age of 80. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his partner: Ursula Crant, Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL; son: Geoffrey Organ (Maria), Ottawa, ON; granddaughter: Olivia Organ; sister: Stella Barnes, St. Alban’s, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife: Julia; brothers: Michael, Austin & Gerald; sister: Eileen Burke. Funeral service on Tuesday February 4, 2025 at 11am at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, St. Alban’s, NL with Father Tom Duffenais officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
