It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lucy McDonald announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, on Wednesday March 2, 2016 at the age of 82. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Betty (Rob Childs), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL, Johnny (Loretta), St. Veronica's, NL, Hazel (Gerard Willcott), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL, Katie (Dolph Childs), Gander, NL, Peggy (Rol Lushman), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL & Ivy (Fabian Willcott), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL; 16grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; sister: Marie Kearley, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; brother: Henry Cribb, Milltown, NL; sister in law: Theresa Cribb, Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Curtis; sisters: Hazel Cross & Matilda Sutton; brothers: John Cribb & Tom Cribb. The funeral service was held on Saturday March 5, 2016 at 11 am at Christ Anglican Church Milltown, NL with Rev. Roy Simms officiating.
