It is with great sadness that the family of the late Maggie Barter announce her passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Friday June 17. 2016 at the age of 88. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 69 years: Jerry; children: Allan (Effie), Ramea, NL, Charlie (Florence), Stephenville, NL, Emery (Gail), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL, Sandra (Sandy Organ), St. Joseph's Cove, NL & Delphine (Don Dering), St. John's, NL; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister: Shirley (Jim Baggs), Port Aux Basques, NL; brother: Arthur Pink (Viola), Placentia,NL; brother in law: Allan Marsden, Corner Brook, NL as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Frederick & Katherine Pink; sisters: Elizabeth Marsden, Gladys Marsden & Mary Ann Young; brothers: Maxwell Pink & Clyde Pink. The funeral service was held on Monday June 20, 2016 at 2 pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown with Rev. Roy Simms officiating.
