It is with great sadness that the family of the late James Lambert announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls Windsor, NL on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the age of 81. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Lenora; children: Darlene (Wayne Collier), St. Alban's, NL, Douglas, Bradford, ON, Cathy (Roger Loveless), Ottawa, ON, Carl (Sarah), Ottawa, ON & Johnny, Ottawa, ON; grandchildren: Kaitlyn , Lauren, Joshua & Matthew; sisters in law: Christine Lambert, St. Alban's, NL & Minnie Lambert, St. Alban's, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his Children: Michael Lambert & Mary Lambert; grandson: Nathan Collier; parents: John & Sarah Lambert; brothers: Edward, William, Junior (John) & Raymond; sisters: Elizabeth Lambert & Iris Organ. The funeral service was held on Monday July 4, 2016 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father David Joy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
