It is with great sadness that the family of the late Chesley Lilly announce his passing at James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander, NL on Saturday September 27, 2014 at the age of 81. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife: Bertha; children: Sidney (June), Maurice (Ivy), Daren (Hannah), all of Harbour Breton, NL, Cathy (Geof), Gander, NL; grandchildren: Danny (Kristen), Dennis, Jennifer, Joshua, Victoria, Maggie, Heidi (Joey); great-grandson: Mason; brothers: Clyde (Mildred), Milltown, NL, Newton (Rolande); sisters: Hilda Kelly, Milltown, NL; brother in law: Henry Cribb, Milltown, NL; sister in law: Florence Lilly, Milltown, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter: Claudine; grandson: Devin; brother: James; sisters: Amelia & Blanche; parents: Parsons & Margaret. The funeral service was held on Wednesday October 1, 2014 at 1 pm at Christ Anglican Church Milltown with Rev. Roy Simms officiating. Interment followed at Christ Anglican Cemetery, Milltown.
