Obituary of Dean Roberts

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dean Roberts of Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL announces his passing at Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, January 27, 2017 at the age of 60. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Sandra; children: Ryan, St. John's, NL, Jeffrey (Mandy Oatway), Ottawa, ON, and Stephen, St. John's, NL; mother: Audrey, Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL; brothers: Alvin (Eva), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL, Terry (Sheril Zebedee), Ottawa, ON, and Trevor, Ottawa, ON; sisters: Karen Randell (Ken), Ottawa, ON and Rhonda O'Neil (John), Ottawa, ON; mother-in-law: Rosemary Staeben, Milltown, NL, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father: Donald, aunt: Emma Roberts and father-in-law: Klaus Staeben. Following Dean's wishes, cremation has taken place. The funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown with Rev. Roy Simms officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ Anglican Church. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's, NL.
