It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Snook announce his passing at his family residence in St. Alban's, NL Thursday, March 24, 2017 at the age of 84. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Raymond (Julie Ann), St. Alban's, NL, Joan (Matt Bennett), St. Alban's, NL, Elizabeth Snook, St. Alban's, NL, Mary (Robert Wheeler), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Donna (Gerard Brophy), Torbay, NL, Richard (Louise), Chelmsford, ON, Rosanne (Rene Hoskins), St.Alban's, NL, Mena Snook, St. Alban's, NL & Carolyn (Victor Collier), St. Alban's, NL; 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife: Irene; sisters: Pauline Snook, Estella Snook, Ethel Snook, Sarah Snook & Marie Loretta Snook; parents: Samuel & Elizabeth Snook. Funeral service on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at 2:30 pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
