It is with great sadness that the family of the late Agnes Barnes announce her passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Monday, May 1, 2017 at the age of 88. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children:Madonna Barnes (Russell), London, ON, Regina (Harry Haggerty), St. Alban's, NL, Bernadette (Isadore Farrell), St. Alban's, NL, Theresa (Bernard Organ), St. Alban's, NL, Joan (Robert Hoskins), St. Alban's, NL, Howard Jr. (Denise), Calgary, AB and Christopher (Ursula), St. John's, NL ; 7 grandchildren: 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Howard;granddaughter: Sonia Ward; sisters: Gertrude Myles,Sally Organ & Ursula Organ; brothers: Brendan Organ & Chesley Organ. Funeral service on Thursday May 4, 2017 at 3:00 pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating.Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's.
