It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eileen Willcott announce her passing at her residence in St. Alban's, NL, while surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, September20, 2017 at the age of 69. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband: George; children: Colletta (Randy Willcott), Conception Bay South, NL, Stephen (Wanda), St. Alban's, NL, Dale (Penney), St. Alban's, NL & Bruce (Jennifer), St. Alban's, NL; grandchildren: Marcus, Michael, Blaise, Justin, Michaela & John; sister: Catherine (Cass Benoit), Conne River, NL; brothers: Pius John, Conne River, NL, Ron John (Ida), Conne River, NL, Eddy John, Toronto, ON, Louis John (Loretta), Conne River, NL, Howard John (Marie), St. Alban's, NL & Mike John (Melita), St. Alban's, NL; sister in law: Marjorie Willcott, St. Alban's, NL; special nieces: Mag Quann, Conne River & Sis (Sheila) Collier, Conne River, NL; best childhood and lifelong friend: Shirley John, Conne River, NL; card buddies: Helen Caines, Phyllis Skinner, Theresa Howse, Mary Collier, Mildred McaDonald, Samdra MacDonald, Genevieve Farrell & Ann Marie Organ as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces, the John family, the willcott family and other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Steven & Mary John; parents in law: Leo & Clara Willcott; sister: Myrtle Quann; brothers: Don (Mray) Willcott, Alec John, Willie John & Gord John; brother in law Pat Willcott. Funeral service on Saturday September 23, 2017 at 11am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
