It is with great sadness that the family of the late Silver Benoit announce his passing at his family residence in St. Alban's, NL Sunday, September 24, 2017 at the age of 89. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his brother: Walene Benoit, St. Alban's, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife: Frances; sisters: Susan (Thomas Organ), Margaret (Robert Herrick), Veronica (Edward Lambert) & Helen Benoit; sister in law: Betty Benoit. Funeral service on Wednesday September 27, 2017 at 3 pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
